Bellabustah

I played around with my bellabustah bella the other day and this is the card I came up with using some of my CTMH stamps. In hindsight I would have used some dk. blue paper for matting to match the ink but it turned out allright. I am dying to get a kittycatabella, but I am waiting to be assigned my bellasistah before I place my next order, cause I know she 's gonna need some bellas.....

My Christmatini card, for the Bellasholicsannonymous homepage contest and my blue cakeabella for a color card swap. I have been scanning all my cards into my computer because my camera is having some issues. They just don't look as good when I scan them because it doesn't show the whole card.

I haven't gotten much done with all of the chaos we have had lately and I am looking foward to getting some stamping/scrapbooking time in this weekend if my hubby is willing.

It has been pure Chaos these past two weeks. My ds is into magic tricks and tried to make some of his Nerds halloween candy "disappear" by stuffing them into his ear canal. I won't go into details about how we got those out.
A few days later my dd ended up in the hospital for four days with a stomache infection before flying to Oahu with daddy to have her new mickey button placed. We had been getting used to life with the new button, when four days after it's placement it broke and fell out. We really hadn't been prepared for that little fiasco.
To top it all off our beloved little kitten, bear, passed away in his sleep while I was in the hospital. He was the runt of his litter, and was never in good health since we had gotten him. I know I should have seen it coming, but I had hoped that love and some TLC would pull him through. Poor little guy, we miss him :( very much. Thankfully our other kitten, Susie, is thriving and doing wonderfully. The kids love her to pieces.

The dust is finally settling, and we have gotten through Thanksgiving. I did a lot of cooking, and I had my black Friday shopping spree yesterday. Now I can sit back and relax (and stamp!!) for the next 35 shopping days until Christmas...I hope.

It has been a beautiful day on the rock today, my hubby stayed home due to last nights freak rainstorm, so I was able to meet the ladies for scrapbooking this afternoon after little Alibelle's doctors appointment.

I have a couple albums I am near to finishing, but I just couldn't muster a single iota of motivation to scrapbook. You see, I just got some Bellas from ScrappingBella.com and I have been dying to play with them. So, I made my first bella babe cards instead....

I dug up my pocket full of posies stack from die cuts with a view and some old cardstock. All stamps, other than flowahbella, are from CTMH, as well as the spiral clip. I have no idea who made the flower, it was left over from an old project. I used my SU watercolor pencils with my aquabrush to color my bellas, and did a little paper piecing on my blondie bella's dress...a little trick I learned from all my lovely new bella sistahs at Bellaholicsannonymous.-Thanks, sistahs!!!
